Two rikishi or professional sumô wrestlers posed as if in a dohyô (sumô ring) marked out by bales of rice straw. Turner has added the inscription, "Wrestlers in regulation costume. Wresting is the traditional sport in Japan. But they do it in a very peculiar way. Men and women, children+babies all go to a wrestling match."
