Notes

Four boys, are shown crafting the braided bamboo hoops which hold barrels together. The boy in the foreground with a hammer is working on a barrel with one completed hoop. Unlike many others in the collection, this photograph seems to have been taken outside. Turner has added the inscription, "Coopers."
