This image is labeled "550 Geisha Girls" by the photographer. It is be a staged scene with three women, one of whom is cradling a child who is looking at a book. the woman to the left is in a similar pose, holding except instead of a child she is holding a large life size doll as well as a book. The woman to the right is playing a gekkin lute. There is a tray of food, a stack of utensils, and a tea service in the center of the scene.
